Vertex Array Range Kernel Panic on NVIDIA

Hi All,

I have written a 3D wave rendering program using vertex array range. The
application works fine with 415*415*6 vertices on NVIDIA GeForce FX 5200
graphics card (PowerPC G5, Mac OS 10.3.6). The problem is, on increasing the
number of vertices in the wave to 420*420*6, kernel panic occurs. But it
works fine on a ATI Radeon 9000 card.

I found a similar issue reported earlier in OpenGL mailing list i.e. Kernel
panic with VAR code on NVIDIA cards which worked fine on ATI cards. But I
could not find any solution to this. It would be helpful if anyone could
give any updates or workaround for this issue.

Thanks and Regards
Shilpa.
