Greetings,

You can have XCode simply use a generic makefile to compile. I've done this on numerous occasions, and it only take a little fiddling with the executable and debug settings to get it to work flawlessly.

Sounds like he still wants to go back and forth between platforms - is there a good way to do this while using an XCode project? I use makefiles for this exact reason - I can switch back and forth from Linux to Mac with no modification of code or makefile.
