Shawn,
Thanks so much for your help. It seems like I'm
getting a start.
I went to /Developer/Examples/OpenGL/GLUT and found an
XCode file called GLUTExamples.pbproj. I opened it and
was able to compile and run the sample files.
I also went to the Web site you mentioned and
downloaded a pdf version of the Red Book along with
some sample files. I tried to import them into XCode,
but that didn't work. I think it's just a matter of
getting more proficient with XCode.
Maybe you can answer this question: The files in
GLUTExamples.pbproj and the Red Book files are written
in C. I've been browsing books for learning C++ and
they suggest learning that rather than C since C++ is
a superset of C. Do you think it's a good idea to
follow this path?
Thanks again for your help.
