Where is the Mac OS X glut include dir, and the glut lib dir?

Using the platform independent, open source GeoJPEG2000 software, the standard ./configure yields under Linux and Mac OS X 10.3 the error message
<x-tad-bigger>configure:20165: checking whether OpenGL libraries and headers were detected
configure:20167: result: no</x-tad-bigger>

Under Linux, the configure command below eliminates that error message, and followed by a make, it successfully compiles the code.
./configure --with-glut-include-dir=/usr/include/GL --with-glut-lib-dir=/usr/lib --with-x

What is the Mac OS X 10.3 equivalent location for --with-glut-include-dir=/usr/include/GL?
Is it --with-glut-include-dir=/System/Library/Frameworks/GLUT.framework/Versions/A/Headers?

What is the Mac OS X 10.3 equivalent location for --with-glut-lib-dir=/usr/lib?
