Re: unsupported extensions?

Regarding GLEW, James Helferty recently suggested that I reconfigure GLEW precisely in order to make EXT_transform_feedback work! 

There is a script which reconfigures GLEW to make the latest extensions work. That worked - I just had a few problems because something was defined in more than one extension - so now GLEW supports GL_EXT_tranform_feedback on my macbook PRO with an 8800M GT.

However, I still could not make the program (a particle demo) work. Apparently, there is no (googleable) example of how to use EXT_transform_feedback, and my own experiments were not fruitful. If someone at Apple had tried the extension and had a working example that would be very helpful :-)

I read the GL_EXT_transform_feedback specs before, but I couldn't get it to work. I just found out that GLEW was somehow messing up some definitions.

If I include the glew.h XCode gives me the following errors:

'GL_TRANSFORM_FEEDBACK_BUFFER_EXT' was not declared in this scope
'glBindBufferOffsetEXT' was not declared in this scope
'glBeginTransformFeedbackEXT' was not declared in this scope
'glEndTransformFeedbackEXT' was not declared in this scope

I've compiled GLEW from the latest source release. Any idea what might be causing this?

Wes, I saw your post on glTransformFeedbackAttribsNV. There was no reply. I basically have the exact same question. What's the equivalent to use instead? Have you found an answer yet? Without GLEW I've now managed to compile the code, execept for this 1 function.
