I forgot to mention that the kCGLPFARemotePBuffer is not necessary if
you will be running from a console login session (a session attached
to the screen), since you'll have access to the window server. I
remember kCGLPFARemotePBuffer may even systematically fail in console
login sessions. The code I posted should work fine, and in fact I
omitted the kCGLPFARemotePBuffer attribute by mistake...
