During our testing of Panther we've discovered that the duplex printing
option previously available to us under 10.2.8 for our HP 4100n printer is
not showing under 10.3.3.

The print drivers are the same on the 10.2.8 machine and the 10.3.3.
machine--HP LaserJet 4100 Series v.3010.107. Nevertheless we downloaded
and installed the latest drivers from the HP site and installed those on
the 10.3.3 machine. Same driver number, same result: no duplex option
showing in the print dialog box.

We have verified that the duplex option is turned on at the printer. We
have verified that the check box for duplex printing is turned on in the
installable options portion of the printer setup.

We are printing directly via IP printing.

Same results if we set up the printer via Appletalk or Rendezvous.

Anyone having success in a similar scenario?
