Panther and Novell 6?

Hello Friends:
We are researching upgrading our G4 lab to OS X (10.3 "Panther"). We currently use Novell 6.0. To put it blunty, what problems can we expect?

One that already comes to mind:
Without the Netware Client (prosofteng.com), is there still the option to "change context"? (a very, very important part of how our labs run). We should be getting a DEMO client soon, but I thought I'd ask anyway.

As more a "people manager" than a "network professional", any thoughts or useful URLS are greatly appreciated.
