Hi Dan,

I'm not sure if this will help because we haven't moved to in-design CS yet
but one Adobe thing we have a problem with is Illustrator. On adobe's help
sight, they warn that if you save Illustrator files over a network or a
external drive, your files may become corrupted. (some crazy PDF error)

Our students users live on the server so for the first semester, I had tons
of issues with saving files to the students "home" acct. Now I've had to
make sure all faculty tell there students that they have to save locally
then drag (as you said) to their home acct on the server.

Check out adobe's help pages and you may find something similar for
In-Design. If you find something, please, let me know.

Good luck.

Fred
