incorrect, there is a workaround, its called smaba. Use sharepoints (get it from versiontracker) to create smaba only share points on a mac, unlimmited users.

There is the same limit with 'personal' file sharing under the
standard OS as with OS-9. It is 10 users, with no workaround that I
have ever heard of..

Remember though that this is *simultaneous* access. If users don't
need to remain logged in to the share, then get them trained up to
only log in when they need to....
