This is another "before I make any more clones" question with OS 10.2.8.

When logged in as Administrator I can start up Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
just fine. However, when I log in as Student (with limited use under
Capabilities), I get a message "An unexpected error occurred while try to load
Microsoft Framework X Library."

Should I just re-install the Microsoft Office Suite?
