MIB busted in 10.4?

I am updating some of my older helper tool projects that use
MoreIsBetter under 10.3.x and XCode 1.5.
Now I've updated them to 10.4.1 and XCode 2.1.
When I execute my tool under 10.4.1 using MIB, MIB gives an internal
error of 2.
Does anyone know why this is happening? The same code runs flawlessly
without any modifications under 10.3.8 when compiled with XCode 1.5.
