Regarding HTTPS in WebServices framework

hi all,
I am making XML based remote procedure calls using the WebServices framework ,first i have used XML-RPC over http and it worked well.
The server is apache XMl-RPC server running in JAVA and now i changed the server code to support https,then i am not able to make calls to server from the WS framework,i heard that WS framework supports HTTPS but i don't know how? can any one tell how i can do this in WS framework.
