The ppp dictionary published value for the keys "LastCause" and
"DeviceLastCause" is always a CFNumber.
The localization file is used only by the system ppp manager to
display errors.
All can be observed from the source.
Thus, you should create a translation routine (see how its is
implemented in the ppp manager source ...)
