Access privileges for Mac Manger

We recently decided to use Mac Manager and are having a problem with access
into it. When I try to run the admin application Macintosh Manager (v1.3) I
get the Authentication window on which it will not allow me to login in as
root.9 It states that I do not have enough privileges. Any idea what is
going on here?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
