appleshare server down

In the process of changing some network layouts, I've lost the applesharing on an OS X Server1.02.


The network manager crashes every time I start it up, I think there are some problems with IP #'s and Router numbers that did not get updated, I fixed all the numbers in the apache.conf, and can get ( though I think intermittent) FTP and HTTP services.

Is it possible to do a clean install of the OS X Server? Will I lose anything, can I just re-install apple file services?
