Others think otherwise.

There are lots of others, including exim, postfix, and communigate and/or
stalker. The bottom line is, SendMail is "well understood", and current
versions are stable.

Personally, after some of the grief we are having at work ("smail"), I'd
want to use something on my home system that is "Well Understood".

And the "Received:" headers added by Qmail are ... not helpful.
