CPAN:MD5

While installing/upgrading new mods for CPAN on OSXS, I get a message
telling me I need to install MD5 for security - but it can't find anything -

I know almost nothing about CPAN - I have read the CPAN.html in the
developers section, but it doesn9t say anything about finding a mod for
which it has no reference - any help or pointers appreciated.
