Open ssh

Does anybody have any information on installing openssh on an
osxserver. I tried to use the generic instructions on the openssh
website but I can't seem to get it to work.

I got gnumake, tcpwrappers, zlib and ssl all installed ok, but I can't
seem to get ssh installed.

I first tried ssh-1.2.31 with no luck. I then moved on to open ssh 2.3
but still no joy.

Also I was wondering is it possible to use the IP masquerading and
portmapping on the osxserver?
