It is entirely possible, but I don't recommend using the stock Samba installation to do it. Turn off Windows services in Server Manager, and load the latest Samba build in its default location of /usr/local/* (it'll all go in there automatically if you just do the "make", "make install", etc. as the instructions direct). If you want to do it right, you'll have to spend some time reviewing the Samba documentation. We're using our MOSXS box as an NT PDC, so all our Windoze clients authenticate off of it.
