Re: sending mail without local sendmail

I do not want to configure sendmail, but I want to send mail via
some crontab, shell-scripts.

http://cerebus.sandiego.edu/~jerry/UnixTips/sendmail.html

should enable outgoing-only sendmail on OS X 10.1.5. (If it doesn't, I want to know about it.)
