I get the first two, and I don't use CGI so I probably have that one
turned-off. From what I can tell, Apple have hardwired those
modules into their customisation of Apache. I have checked that the
functions they provide are being correctly handled so I have to
guess that the wardning messages are harmless, if annoying.

What's weird is that I can only see the modules being added in one place in the httpd.conf and httpd_macosxserver.conf, but if those lines are commented out the modules do not get added at all.

What is causing the modules to try and load twice????
