Update the OS X version of DAVE...it adds NT Print Queue connections...

Caveat the weird bug I've found and Thursby's working on it. If you pick a
PPD, and the print dialogue seems all wrong, there's a bug where DAVE will
pick the PPD two below what you select on the list. To check, use the page
setup dialog.
