Andrea,
Open Server Admin
Click the "Internet" tab
Hold down the mouse button on "Web" & select "Configure Web Service"
Click the "Sites" tab
Select the sites you wish to change and select "edit"
Uncheck ""Enable Performance Cache" in the "Site Options" box
