Keyboard for Xserve?

We just got our two Xserves for our district, and I'm still trying to read
over the literature before I get them installed and running, but I am
thinking about leaving a keyboard and mouse in the cabinet with them.
Based on anyone's experiences, should I just go straight with an Apple
(compatible) USB keyboard? I'd have to get an extra one, though I do have
a supply of ADB keyboards - would those work with an ADB->USB adapter?
