DNS Server Problems

Out of nowhere, my DNS Server is acting crazy. I am running OSXS 10.2.5. It will only resolve my local addresses now, from any client with a static IP address. I can't resolved any names outside my LAN. It had been working fine up to today, and I haven't changed anything. DHCP Clients (OS9) seem to resolve fine. I have tried restarting the Computer the server is running on, and also have restarted DNS, no luck. Are there files somewhere that could have gotten corrupt. Please HELP!

Thanks.
