Ftp connection error..

Hi great list,

As always I'm here; sob... Well I have Jaguar 10.2.1. I have configured the
services ftp to allow the connection at all (only for the moment...) with a
firewall filter. But when start fetch to connect at the server ftp.pippo.it
Fetch start the connection, and appear a good connecction, I seen the
correct folder and the 'Getting list' but after few secon appear the sigle:
SERVER RESPONSE: Can't open data connection. Inside the preferences the set
up is configured as Passive mode. I I disable it, the response is: SERVER
RESPONSE: Can't open data connection, operation timed out.

Please does anyone help me..
