Hi Jay,

I'm assuming you are running AMS in 10.2.x. I discovered a 'feature' in AMS after a lot of head banging trying to get logons authenticated for sending mail. Make sure that you are using the account's short name in the log on, not the long name. The short name must be used for authentication to work properly. I'm assume this will be fixed at some point in the future.
