SMTP Relay Restriction working ?

Apr 30 2003 12:21:13 SMTP Server has rejected recipient
<email@hidden>. SMTP Relay is disabled for messages from host
"lukedesign.com".

I get this error message even though I have lukedesign.com listed in the
3Allow SMTP Relay for:2 list. This is my own domain name !
I am able to receive mail from outside...but I am unable to send out to the
internet. Why is this ?

I have also played with the SMTP Authentication settings on Server and
Client... Is there some known bug ? Most of my clients will not send mail
with Authentication...they get rejected.
I feel like I am doing something wrong. :-(
