UFS vs HFS+

I am currently running a Web/FTP server and I have a separate HFS+ volume for the OS and another UFS volumes for the web data. I am considering switching the web data volume to HFS+ to take advantage of the journaling feature.

Are there any other benefits or disadvantages to consider regarding UFS vs HFS+?

My web data is secure -- various users require authentication to access various areas. There is currently about 50GB of data on the web data volume. I am running OS X Server 10.2.5, the Apple version of Apache, and Pure-FTPd. Hardware is an Xserve dual 1Ghz.

Any thoughts or feedback are appreciated.

Chris
