OT: BRU Agent Dropped Connection



I can't reach BRU support until tomorrow, and I normally run our full backup Sunday night, so I'm hoping someone can give me some pointers here. I received the notification of another interim release (1.1.3b) that was supposed to address some issues I was having. Here is what I did:

1) Stopped both the agent and server on the Xserve (this is where the tape drive is as well)
2) Ran the 1.1.3b installers for agent, server, and console.
3) Started the agent and server on the Xserve


When I tried to select the Xserve for backups, the console status line at the bottom of the screen shows:

Status: ERROR: Agent dropped connection

So, I completely removed all of the BRU components (deleted the three apps as well as the receipts in Library) and reinstalled. Reapplied the license. Still the same error. I'm not physically in the same location as the server, so I would rather not do the remove again, as it will kick out the tape when it discovers devices.

Any suggestions before tomorrow? I would really like to be able to run the full before everyone comes in Monday. Thanks.
