Hi all.

Suddenly after upgrading to Mac OS X server 10.3.8, the Server Admin takes
about 2-3 minutes to connect to the server.

Would anybody have a clue what to do?

Check your DNS.

You might also open a sniffer to look at exactly what is transpiring. That would be standard troubleshooting technique.
