WebDAV configuration

Hi all,

I wanted to install and setup a WebDAV service on my os x server 10.3.8. I enabled the dav_module on the web server but then... I dunno. How do I publish directories via WebDAV?

All the manual has to say on this topic is "Note: QuickTime Streaming Server and WebDAV have separate privileges settings."

Someone gotta have more info on this. Googling doesn't really help me here.
