Thanks to the folks on the list, I have been able to change some of the behavior on my X Serve when filed are uploaded via FTP, to reflect my and my users wants. I have one last item however.

Can you force all files uploaded to be owned by a specific user? Such as www.

The file I have edited to affect permissions is Library/FTPServer/configuration/ftpaccess. Is there a way to do what I seek in this same file?
