VNC from Windows PC to xserve running ARD 3.0

I have an ARD installation on a server running 10.4.7 that was not enabled for remote VNC access (why should it. I'm always able to get access to the network from my MAC).

But now the situation is that my only remote option is VNC on a Windows computer.

I should have enabled the ARD to allow VNC connections using the command "sudo /System/Library/CoreServices/RemoteManagement/ ARDAgent.app/Contents/
Resources/kickstart -configure -clientopts -setvnclegacy -vnclegacy yes -setvncpw -vncpw"

Hopefully that will enable remote access for VNC (do i have to restart something ??)

I've now downloaded both RealVNC, UltraVNC and tightVNC but all complain about "Incompatible version" ?

Do anyone know what Windows VNC clients will work and maybe even which settings that are needed ?

Thanks in advance,

Lasse,
