I do not believe there is a way to edit the ftpaccess file and achieve
what you want. You could do what I do, which is write a launch daemon
script using Lingon that executes at a set interval (every minute on
our system) and sets the owner and permissions on files or folders (or
folders and their contents with a -R option).
