'Junk Mail' filtering delivery options

Can anyone direct me to a resource that will explain how to set the delivery options for the OSXS 10.4 default 'Junk' mail filter (bounced, delivered, deleted etc.) separately for individual users? The SpamAssasin docs indicate that this is possible, but the only thing in OSXS's /etc/spam/ appears to be the config files for clamav. I see the '%spam_lovers' option in /etc/amavisd.conf and /etc/amavisd.conf.personal but am not sure which of these I should use; or if there is a better (OSXS-specific) way to achieve this goal. Thanks in advance for any suggestions on where to look for clarification on how this might be accomplished.
