Server Computers

Title: Server Computers
I have a simple but stupid question.  We are trying to figure out a way to have our mail, dns, and web in our dmz zone.  What kind of processing power would we need to be able to do just these 3 functions.  Would a mini be able to handle this? What if we just had a dns and web server, would the mini be able to handle it with server software?
