Mac OS X errors are found in the MacErrors.h file, which you can obtain from the developer stuff at the developer download site at Apple, but at any rate, this is what the MacErrors.h file says: afpDenyConflict = -5006, /* Specified open/deny modes conflict with current open modes */ so, I believe Adam is on the right track, it seems to be some sort of permission issue dealing with AFP or the AFP service. hth’s
