Not without making the user type his password again. The whole point of
network users (including mobile users) is that the login window
authenticates against Kerberos, so the act of logging in gets a TGT. Without
that-- if your login is purely local-- then your first Kerb authentication
will be the one that grants you a TGT, but that means you'll have to enter
your password again.
