Re: Energy Saver Schedule for backup Server

I've got a server setup that does nightly backups and it just occurred to me that I could use the energy saver schedule and only have the computer up at night when its doing the backups.

Does this seem like a problem to anyone?

The scheduled startup and shutdowns aren't all that reliable in my experience. I'd rather blow the extra $5 in electricty than risk missing a backup and then needing a document recovered the next day.
