Are you controlling the clients via their MACADDRESS in computer lists?
Is LDAP directory services pointing to the proper server in directory
access?
Have you tried unbinding and rebinding a workstation? How are the
LDAP credentials handed out? Statically or via DHCP?
Authentication should be:
/netinfo/root
/LDAP/your.server.here

On the local workstation:
sudo dcsl . -destroy /mcx_cache --> This is the group cache I

suco dscl . -destroy /config/mcx_cache --> This is the user cache
Thanks for the suggestion, but this didn't change the
symptoms. Any
other suggestions?
