i tryedd to turn on the software update Service and all is ok, a
configure that using the LDAP database
whe i try to update on the clients machines with GUI take a long time
and finally i cancel by hand.
I tried it with the comand line to make a list and that is what show

so it seems that the client machine can not resolve the addres
xserverg5.local
I turn on the web server to test this problem so i try to load http://
xserverg5.local
and took a long time to load the page and finaly i stoped it.
With firefox it load the page instanly and if i try to connect to the
server with finder its ok too so the problem is seen on web client
library.
some have any solution for this? or had the same problem?
the client machine is 10.4.4
