Rebooting a server means a period of five minutes or more during which
the server is absolutely unavailable
Or in the case of Tiger, 30 sec.
I've seen some behavior in AppleFileServer and smbd that for now
prompt me to have servers rebooted every couple of weeks, if they are
heavily loaded (around 100 connections and / or 50 smb connections)
regularly for any extended period.
