It's working fine for me and has been since this thread first started (and I was surprised to see it). There are currently 3 updates available (I will apply them when I am ready to), from *multiple* different networks/locations (currently some 40 miles from my office in a different town). I'm running 10.4.8 on an Intel Core 2 Duo MBPro.

What have you done to rule out local (network, OS install on the unit) issues ?
