Hi Guys!

I have a problem with syncronizing mail via portable home directory to the server. If i include ~/Library/mail in the login/logout-sync, the login/logout process takes far above 5 minutes for my 1,31 GB. Is this a normal behavior? In my understanding, it is a simple differential comparsion and should only take a few seconds, depending on the amount of mails. For sure, the first login takes longer, because all necessary files are going to be transferred. But if the mirror on the home server already exist, the comparsion and transfer of the files should be real fast.

The main goal is to have a backup of all necessary files from all users on our Backup Server without influencing the work process of a user.
