I can't claim to know much about running multiple versions of perl, but
have you tried changing your httpd.conf file?
Replace
LoadModule perl_module /usr/libexec/httpd/libperl.so
with
LoadModule perl_module /path/to/your/libperl.so
That's where you tell apache what to load...
