Am wondering if anyone else have/had this problem:
I'm using Microsoft Entourage on a 10.4.8 client as an IMAP client to
a Mac OS X mail server 10.4.8.
The user writes an email and keeps it in his draft folder until he is
ready to send, but when he clicks on send, the email simply
disappears. It doesn't show up in the sent items, draft items or
anywhere. I'm pretty certain it doesn't exist locally on his machine
as i've used spotlight to try and locate it. I've also checked this
by connecting to his imap account on through web mail but to no avail.
Although I've only seen this problem occur twice, I'm certain its not
a user error.
can anyone tell me if this is a problem with Entourage or with OS X
mail server? and how can I problem solve this any further?
