The former works, and if you can't due to inane and ignorant policy, then
use an account that is not subject to such idiocy.

on the former: Wah. I've 5 that I deal with all day long for various things.
Such is life.
On the latter, then check it from home, check at lunch, but either way, the
disclaimers are ludicrous at best, having not even the vague usefulness of a
self-promoting sig file. Even better, they're usually FAR longer, with less
usefulness.
