There is a Java based utility I found that will let you select a folder, and then it can generate folder sizes.  If you ran that report every day before you left, you could come back the next morning and see which folders have grown.

It won't look at the owner of the files.

If you want to take a look at that, send me a message off-list and I can get that your way.
